Blondes vs. Brunettes Powder Puff Game 2008
The Young Committee which supports The Alzheimer's Association
Houston and Southeast Chapter, was established in 2006 by a group
of young professionals wanting to increase awareness and support
of the Alzheimer's disease in the Houston area.
Each spring, the group hosts an annual Powder Puff football game to raise
funds benefiting the Alzheimer's Association. In 2007, with kind donations
of family and friends, the 60+ young men and women raised over $28,000 for the cause.
Location: Skip Lee Field, St. John’s School Buffalo Speedway (between W. Alabama & Westheimer) Houston, TX
Time: 2 pm - 4 pm
A donation of $20 per person is recommended. Children are complimentary.

Memory Makers Luncheon Featuring Len Berman
This year's Memory Maker's Luncheon will feature Len Berman, host of
"Spanning the World", which airs on WNBC and The Today Show. Berman
was a caregiver for his father who suffered from Alzheimer's disease
until his death.
