Living with Alzheimer's for Caregivers: Establishing a Care Team

???Living with Alzheimer???s??? is an educational program that provides answers to questions that arise for people concerned with Alzheimer???s disease or a related dementia. Participants will hear from those directly affected and learn what they need to know, what they need to plan for ,and what to do to ease the impact throughout the course of the disease.

Families affected by Alzheimer???s are searching for solutions. The more families that know about dealing with Alzheimer???s, the more they can feel empowered.

???Living with Alzheimer???s??? is designed for people recently diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer???s and their families. The program will cover a variety of topics including; personal care, safety, behaviors, relationship changes, and communication techniques.
