This presentation discusses how to plan for a doctor?????????????s visit including journaling and tracking medications. A terminology glossary is given to attendees and important questions to ask your doctor are reviewed. The presentation offers tips on how to share the diagnosis with families and individuals along with how to ask for a diagnosis and retain open communication with your doctor.
