Laura Wayman, author of the book A Loving Approach to Dementia Care, will provide tools for connecting with people who have dementia. The session will provide practical tips to help caregivers balance their own needs with those of their loved ones. Ms. Wayman also encourages caregivers to practice self-care so that they can provide quality care of their loved ones. Program provided by Autumn Leaves of The Woodlands and Brightstar Care.
