Come learn about the MedicAlert+Safe Return program, a nationwide identification program for people with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia who wander and become lost, or become injured. Registration packets will be available. First-time registration for the program is $49.95, and $25 per year after the first year. To register on-site, please bring a photograph of the person to be registered (passport size or larger, the photograph will not be returned). Cash, check, or credit card is accepted for the program enrollment fee.
