This program will provide participants with an understanding of memory changes associated with normal aging and how it differs from memory loss associated with Alzheimer?????????????s disease and other types of dementia. It will explore various types of dementia and participants will come away with a better understanding of the symptoms of Alzheimer?????????????s disease, disease progression, available treatments and resources. The presentation will also offer attendees with tips on how to reduce their risk of Alzheimer?????????????s disease through nutritional health, physical activity, mental activity, and social wellness.
