Join Interfaith of The Woodlands and Interfaith CarePartners at the FREE Spring 2016 Caregivers Conference.
Dr. Kutac will be giving two presentations. The first presentation, "Living with Alzheimer's for Caregivers" will discuss helpful strategies to provide safe, effective and comfortable care in the middle stage of Alzheimer???s
The second presentation, "Effective Communication Strategies" will address ways of meaningfully reconnecting with persons with dementia across the disease spectrum.
There will also be a table with brochures and other helpful information. You won't want to miss this event!
