Please join us for our Professional Conference in Beaumont:

Keynote Speaker: Christine Jensen, PhD, from the Center for Excellence in Aging in Williamsburg, VA.

Dr. Jensen will define the relationship between families coping with Alzheimer's disease, the diagnosed individual and healthcare professionals. In addition, she will identify strategies which promote a more effective partnership within the Care Triad. Finally, participants will develop strategies to identify and incorporate other key members into the care partnership.

Six and one half (6.5) hours of CEUs will be provided for nurses and social workers by H.I.S Cornerstone.
