Caregiving is difficult and it is important for caregivers to understand their needs and how to take care of themselves. This presentation shows attendees how to identify stress and stress triggers and offers stress management techniques. Attendees will understand the role emotions play in self-care and different community resources available to caregivers. The presentation also includes a video from a caregiver portraying a different perspective on caregiving as well as the importance of managing stress.
