The Houston and Southeast Texas Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association is excited to partner with Christ United Methodist Church for "The Courage to Care," an Alzheimer's caregiver conference in the Brazos Valley.

At this conference, professionals and caregivers will learn about the challenges of caregiving for someone with Alzheimer's disease and how we can work to overcome these barriers to care.

Respite care is available thanks to Comfort Keepers (a licensed care provider) for those caregivers who cannot leave their loved one at home.
