MedicAlert + Safe Return Onsite Registration

MedicAlert+Alzheimer's Association Safe Return is a 24-hour nationwide emergency response service for individuals with Alzheimer's or a related dementia who wander or have a medical emergency. The on-site registration will provide families with the opportunity to register a loved one for the MedicAlert+Safe Return program, and learn more about safety and Alzheimer's disease from Alzheimer's Association staff.
