This presentation shows attendees how to identify stress and stress triggers and offers stress management techniques. Attendees will understand the role emotions play in self-care and different community resources available to caregivers. The presentation also includes a video from a caregiver portraying a different perspective on caregiving as well as the importance of managing stress.
