This session will enable participants to identify critical information, including the differences and similarities between palliative and hospice care. This information will enable participants to empower families to engage in meaningful advanced care planning. Participants will also learn effective strategies to advocate for improved communication with interdisciplinary colleagues on behalf of patients and their families.
