Participants will learn how to obtain legal documents necessary for decision making on behalf of a person with dementia. Sponsored by Terrace Assisted Living & Memory Care of the Woodlands.

This session is the first of a three part series to be held at the South Branch Library in May 2011. The 2nd workshop will cover financial programs for families affected by Alzheimer's and will be held from 1-3pm on Tuesday, May 17th. The 3rd workshop will cover programs and benefits for veterans and their families and will be held from 1-3pm on Tuesday, May 24th.
