POSTPONED: Conversations about Dementia: Tips to Help with Family Conversations

This event will be postponed due to the inclement weather due to the tropical storm.

This FREE workshop will offer tips on how to have honest and caring conversations with family members about going to the doctor, deciding when to stop driving, and making legal and financial plans.

1.0 CEU available for nurses and social workers.

Light refreshments will be provided.
