Join us to learn about the basics of Alzheimer's disease and important conversations to have with loved ones that are faced with Alzheimer's disease. This presentation is given in conjunction with Angels Care Home Health and is funded in part by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services and the Houston-Galveston Area Council. CEU???s will be available for nurses and social workers. A short Q&A will follow the presentations.
