Tenth Annual Schlicitng Education Conference: Online Registration

The Spectrum of Dementias

Registration Fees:

Conference with CEU'S - $100
Conference Only - $80
Para-Professionals - $50
Conference Full-Time Student (with valid student ID)- $50

Register by November 12th. The first 150 registrants will receive a conference tote. Registration fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and materials. Registration after November 12th is an additional $30.

Cancellation Policy:
If unable to attend, a replacement may be sent. No refunds will be given.

Continuing Education:
Continuing Education Units are pending for Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Nurses, Case Managers, and Activity Professionals.

The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Nursing is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. This activity meets Type 1 criteria for mandatory continuing education requirements toward relicensure as established by the Board of Nursing for the State of Texas.
